I am claiming points for education. 25 to be precise as my masters degree is evaluated at par with british masters degree by UK-NARIC degree. I have submitted that certificate as well with the application and this experience is after I completed my Masters degree

f2k thanks for your reply I dont think my employer will write the word graduate and sincerely I feel the reponsibilities written corrsponds to graduate level experience. and more over you cant change the Job title as it should be same as written on the work permit. Yes, I am on work permit in UK for last nearly three years and I am in IT, this experience corresponds to my work in UK only.

ND,

Work permit application approval took just 5-6 days.
No, You cant start working with the new employer till you get your FLR stamped for that particular IED(Work permit). I am waiting for FLR decision but I am also working with my previous employer.

My employer had applied for a work permit and I got it finally. Now I will apply for my FLR, Is there any chance that FLR can be rejected or Has anybody heard of any FLR refusal case??

Yup, Thats what I was thinking, to send the xerox copy of the letter.
I am sending one permanent job offer letter with the application as well, may be this will speed up the processing time. do you have any idea about this??
