Yes, I was referring to the Property Inspection report. All people living in the house are related i.e my sister and her husband. And my brother and her wife.

Is that OK to not provide an inspection report? There is no overcrowding as there are 4 bedrooms, living room, Spam, and family room.

Tier2 Extension Page 24 point 83 mentions that £30,000 or the appropriate rate for the job, whichever is the higher. So 30K is a minimum for an extension, in your opinion...
