Relationship Breakdown

Hi, I am posting this on behalf of a friend who has following queries: He is currently on ILR for less than 12 months. His relationship seems to have taken a hit. He has following questions: 1) Can he still apply for Naturalisation, once his 12 months are completed, if his relationship has broken do...

Re: Naturalisation Application and Travelling

Thank you @CR001. Final question, I promise! I have printed out the declaration form for both referrees. The declaration asks to write date of birth and full name on the back of the photograph and glue it to the declaration form. After I have done above and referees have signed the declaration, do I...

Hi again, I am filling out application form and have some quick questions: 1) I am filling Form (AN) online, is this the correct one? 2) First referree: Software Engineer (British), second referree: Associate Professor (non British), are these professions OK to meet referrees requirement? 3) Are you...

Hi, My wife received her BRP today after a successful ILR application. I am a British Citizen so I believe she can apply for naturalisation now. I have two questions: 1) We are planning to travel next month so can she travel after we have applied for naturalisation (say this month), and re-enter UK ...

Re: ILR - Employment Letter Question

Thank you for your reply. I have three follow up questions: 1) We are planning to travel next month so can she travel after we have applied for naturalisation (say this month), and re-enter UK whilst her application is pending? 2) Is there a super priority service for naturalisation? 3) Does she nee...

Re: Coming back to UK before BRP expiry date

I have a question regarding Consent Form, do I need to get my other director(s) to sign the third page? I will sign the second-page and third-page. But do I need to get other directors (s) to sign the third page as well as we are providing company bank statements and other company-related documents?...

[quote=geoeng post_id=1832549 time=1570017248 user_id=224010] With regards to dividends, the guidance and the immigration rules (Appendix FM-SE) are worded such that if you receive them, you have to provide the listed evidence. There is nothing about omitting them even if you aren't relying on them ...

Do I need to provide a letter from my sister and her husband saying that they are looking to move to a new property (which they currently are) as soon as they can find a suitable one?

Re: Coming back to UK before BRP expiry date

Sorry for causing confusion, it could be more than one day (may be a week) as I am not sure, therefore I wanted to know if there is a general rule that a document which has date later than application date then it is still valid.

Re: Coming back to UK before BRP expiry date

Re: Coming back to UK before BRP expiry date

I have three more questions: 1) Shall I include correspondences from last two years from the date of application or shall I include correspondence for two years starting from my wife's date of entry to the UK? I think it's the former but I would like to double check? 2) I am also a director of the c...

Re: Coming back to UK before BRP expiry date

Also if she takes B1 language test, rather than A2, will B1 still be valid for her indefinite leave to remain application even though that application will take place 2.5 years after taking B1 test.

Thanks

Re: Coming back to UK before BRP expiry date

Yes, I was referring to the Property Inspection report. All people living in the house are related i.e my sister and her husband. And my brother and her wife.

Is that OK to not provide an inspection report? There is no overcrowding as there are 4 bedrooms, living room, Spam, and family room.

Coming back to UK before BRP expiry date

My wife's visa is expiring on 15 Dec 2019. We are planning a trip overseas and will be returning to UK on 15 Nov 2019. My question is: will there be any issue for my wife as her visa will have 30 days left? Will she be allowed re-entry? My son and I have British passports and my wife is on her first...

Can anyone guide please? I know the board is run by volunteers and it had helped me a lot in my previous applications but I don't seem to get any responses now. Is this still actively supported by volunteers?

Thanks

Re: Tier 2 Extension Due - Late Notification Salary Increase

Sorry for posting this here but this is a general question even though it would help me with my other question in its own thread. Tier2 Extension Page 24 point 83 mentions that £30,000 or the appropriate rate for the job, whichever is the higher. So 30K is a minimum for an extension, in your opinion...
