I am a UK citizen and have just recently got engaged to to my girlfriend who is a US citizen. What process do I have to go through to be able to move to the US with my fiancee?

She is studying in Europe, which means she wont be able to get an education visa. This also means she is currently unqualified so she would only be able to get a small part time job which would not be enough for a work visa. Unfortunately I do not earn as much as that. Does that mean the only option is to get married? Will that guarantee that she can stay in the country straight away, or is there more to it? Is engagement enough?
