Hi I am going to apply for my husband please can someone tell me as to what documents I need and how many months of documents I need as I have been advised that I only need 6 months documents and someone else is saying 2 years so confused please can someone help me

Is your legal rep actually a solicitor or just an immigration advisor? A letter before claim would sort this out (this is letter threatening to apply for judicial review) He is a solicitor, he has tried to contact them and they keep sayin the same thing to him.
