Financial support documents for dependent ILR application

Hi,

Can someone please clarify if there is requirement to provide financial support(sponsorship) documentation for PBS dependent applying for ILR via 5 year rule.

The list of documents does not ask any such requirement apart from benefits.

Thanks,
RP.

PBS dependent visa application documentation

Hi,
I was granted ILR, but my wife needs to extend her visa as PBS dependent.
For her visa application,
1. Does she needs to send my ILR BRP card in original?
2. Does she needs to show proof of cohabitation(marriage certificate/ rental agreement)?

TIA.

RP.

Or she can apply by post once you have ILR.
Hi CR001,
Would you mind explaining how does that work? I am expecting certain sections in wife's application(as PBS dependent) would ask for my immigration status. If I have ILR would they consider wife's applications as PBS dependent?

Regards,
RP.

For PBS Dependents, it is counted from the date of ENTRY to the UK. You will qualify for ILR no sooner than 28 days before 23 December 2017. Hi CR001, Could you please provide relevant guidance in this case? What if the main applicant and PBS dependent apply together and both have an entry gap? Wil...
