@babycakes I have email my mp caseworker and she replied and said that she is certain the ombudsman won't investigate my case,really don't know what to do next honestly I have tried everything.

I have sent ukba a pre action protocol letter via email,it as been acknowledge by ukba straight away on the 30th may,since then I haven't heard from ukba regarding the letter,how can I make a complaint regarding a no response to the letter? Thank you
