Its still human rights, my first discretionary was on compassionate grounds and they gave me 3 year Ltr, im just waiting on the extension now.

They normally gives 28 days to leave,but once they serve your partner with the removal notice then you can do an appeal,after all you got a child together there's a way around it. Just be strong just make sure when your doing an appeal you provide all the documents you've got.
