Hi hun i contacted ombudsman sometime lastweek they sent me a form i filled it out and send couple complaints letters that i received from ukba whenever i made a complaint and i send them to my mp by recored delivery for him to sign and forward it to the ombudsman. I cant stand the way ukba treats flr (o) applicants different from flr(m) we all paid the same fee but yet still their visa gets decided quickly even if they are fresh applicants and flr(o) applicants whose doing a extension have to wait so long for a decision.
