Ombudsman contact ukba on my behalf they states my application is allocated to caseworker for urgent consideration and that was over a week ago. How long u think it will take them to make that decision. I got a flight for next week I'm worried. Been waiting for 9 months

I feel tempted to call homeoffice to ask if application as complete as yet but at the same time I don't wana call and waste my money waiting on the phone and don't get through to anyone.
