Based on the way they have dealt with the care worker dependents where there was no such transitio...

Minimum salary requirement for ILR under skilled worker visa

Hi

A friend has been in the UK for 4+ years (initially under Tier 2 visa and now as a skilled worker visa). His annual salary is £26000. Is there any minimum £35000 annual salary required for ILR?

Don't seem to find such requirement on HO website. Please advise.

Are visitors allowed to the UK from red list countries if they stay 11 nights in an Amber listed country?

Have multiple entry 5 year UK visit visa on Pakistani passport.

Pakistan is in red list countries and visitors aren't allowed.

Would visitors be allowed if they stayed in an Amber listed countries for 11 or more nights before travelling to the UK?

The guidance isn't clear from Gov website.

Thank you appreciate prompt response.

It is weird that one has to prove English 3 times until ILR. Hope B1 is accepted for citizenship later on.

Can my A1 and A2 English be used for ILR

Hi

I came to the UK as spouse of British citizen in 2016 when I passed A1 English test. I applied for extension in 2018 and passed A2 English test.

Do I need to take another test (B1) for ILR or my previous A1 or A2 certificates can be used?

Thank you
