thanks Deviser For reply, for judicial review we need to contact any solicitor in uk, even if we hire any solicitor in pakistan they will send it to any other solicitor in uk so i think its better to apply jr from uk ,another thing i have a uk immigration history of 6 years 2 years as a NVQ3 student...

very sad, he should go for a judicial review.they refused me visa because ECO was unable to verify the loan letter to determine either it is genuine or false and he refused me visa on 22 Aug when all the banks were closed for eid holidays

i have submitted my administrative review application on 24/09/2012 and to date its been 25 days and i did not get even an acknowledgement from BHC ,can anyone tell me what to do now ?
