Recently a guy went for Tier1 extension , he was employed and self employed , he got two payments of 10K in 2 months and rest of the year nothing. So case worker hold his case for further verifications.

CCJ is actually civil proceeding judgement and Section E point E3 clearly asks for any civil judgements which you have one. i believe you have charged your clients by hours not by task, so it confused the CW.

If you are employed and self employed normally working time for self employed is evenings or weekends.

Which PEO office did you go and which employment was covering your income more employed or self employed ?

Postal application wont make any difference because case worker consider the date of application posted rather the time it reached to them. So according to UKBA rules once you posted your application recorded delivery which is next day and its been received by UKBA , you are legal to stay in country...

All type of payslips are good as far as they got company name printed on them .You can ask your accounts department to stamp them with company stamp but that's not necessary.

to be honest you don't have any options here . If you will raise this issue with UKBA they will reject your appeal on the grounds that you have made application before 28days of expiry and case workers should follow 28day rule by UKBA regulations . Unfortunately you will have to do another extension.

Dear Jaya ... you have applied a month before 30days not 28days .... however i think caseworker shouldnt have done this and must gave you new expiry from November. Although you enter in UK 3 months late but it shouldnt affect your ILR ... the total number of days stay outside the UK in 5years is 180...
