just to let you guys know , any case of spouse visa which does not meet the requirement of 18600 will now be put on hold as per high court ruling... until final decision..

remaining requirements are still the same...

but if one meets the requirement then case will be processed as normal

maybe its a technical glitch and they did not update it while actually sending file to bhc... no other explanation to be honest...

its 100% in bhc , gerry wouldnt keep any file for so long..

apparently as per ukba processing time, now its exactly 60 days for 100%..

sometimes some cases require more time then others
