Which PEO Service to select for PBS Dependent visa

Hello forum,

I will be applying for my ILR(HSMP + Tier 1) in Feb'13 and I would need to apply PBS Dependent for my spouse (as 2 years not completed yet).

Which PEO Service should I select?
Will it be FLR(M) or Tier 1 PBS Dependent?

Thanks for your inputs.

Sorry arifahmmed its my mistake not to mention my immigration status though the post title/subject has it. I am currently on Tier 1 General extended after my initial HSMP. 1) As I understand from new rules I need to justify my absences. In my case all of them(120 days) are holidays so should I just ...

ILR(HSMP+Tier 1 General) Query with Initial Delay of 88 Days

Hello Members, Your inputs would be much appreciated in my case. I have got my Entry Clearance on 10th Mar 2008 but I entered UK on 8th June 2008 that means I arrived UK just in 2 days short of 3 months. 1) I complete 5 years on 10th Mar 2013. Am I eligible for ILR when though I entered UK 88 days a...

Hi sushdmehta,

I came to UK on HSMP(2 year) and then extended my stay on to Tier-1 General(3 years) which is expiring in Mar'13.

Please suggest.

PBS Dependant OR Spouse Visa

Hello Members, I am going for ILR in Feb'13 however my wife(not working) has been with me only for 9 months in UK. As per 2 year rule she is not eligible for ILR and I am in a confusion whether should I apply PBS dependant visa OR Spouse visa for her? I did phone UKBA and the lady clearly told me to...

Hello omo, Congratulations. My case is very similar to yours and I am also planning to apply for ILR directly instead of an extension. My entry was delayed by 88 days(within 90 day clause) and apart from initial delay so far my holidays have been 120 days(within 180 day clause). How many absences(ou...

Thanks Salon Can a Senior Memeber advice me on my wife's visa? If I take ILR which visa my wife should apply for as she hasn't been with me for 2 years? Also, I hear that dependants need to clear IELTS for proof of english skills? My wife degree was taught in English and can produce a certificate. D...

Thanks salonbalm . I have read your other posts and I am now confident enough to go ahead with the ILR keeping aside my confustion of another extension. Probably few more clarifications needed in my case 1) I was on HSMP for 2 years and then Tier 1 General - I think this is also ok for me to go for ...
