My wife had cleared the LIUK in old pattern. Is there any validity period for it?
My wife has degree taught in english certifcate. Will this qualify for B1 English?

CW thanked me that I handed over the photocopies too along with the originals asked otherwise he would have made rounds between the floors to reach photo copier.

Also I marked the Salaries and Dividends in my bank statements for clarity.

None of the trips exceeded 90 days
Total no of absences were well within the limit of 180 days.

I am definitely not going to hand over unnecessary documents (including employment history and P60's) unless case worker asks me.

I am trying to prepare for worstcase as well.

So what if case worker insists to produce P60's or Employment History :(

Recent HMRC Letter, will it impact my ILR (next week Appt)

Hello Memebers, I am going for ILR(HSMP + Tier 1 G) next week but I am bit worried about a letter received from HMRC yesterday. HMRC letter is all about, they have re-calculated previous to previous year's tax and I would need to pay more tax in addition to the tax I have already paid for that year....
