I got my RC today! I am so surprised! It took less than 3 months.
My timeline is the following:
EEA2 sent: 29-08-12
Received by UKBA: 30-08-12
COA issued: 14-10-12
COA received: 24-10-12
RC issued: 05-11-12
RC received: 21-11-12
