Just post the application back to them but make sure this time they can collect the payment

I received ILR in March 2014 . And they Changed into FLRM same month over the window. FLRM Issued for two years as per old rules. Adequate Maintenance required . Do you think same day application would be a better idea due to changes in law or i can make a postal applicaion?
Also They are asking for three years NHS Surcharge when i am trying to pay for two yeasr......

One last bit, As they had the initail FLRM for two years, What is going to be the lenght of Extension FRLM??
The reason i asked is i am not sure how much NHS Surcharge i need to pay?
Do i need to Pay NHS Surcharge for Kids ( 7 & 8 years ) of age?

Please note i did get ILR on the basis of Long Residence. Does that make any difference?
