Thank you for replying, we do not believe we owe them but the solicitor does. Can you send me the info you have. The way i see it is its illegal for him to hold our post and if he wants to chase payment he should do it the legal way and applyvia courts or bailiffs etc which he never has done because...

requested passport back
23rd oct
received today.

was hoping we would get a letter asking for more docs or some good news but no. still stuck.
i do not understand why later applicants are being granted visas.
