Yes I am wondering about the 28 day rule the only problem I see is my five years complete on 12 march but my visa runs out on 3 rd feb and if I apply the 28 day rule I should be applying for ILR on 12 th feb whereas my visa expires 3 feb , so just running short of 9 days:(. Am soo confused as to why...
I came to UK on WP 2nd April, 2008 , wP was granted12march.
Then switched to tier 1 on 3 rd feb 2010 valid till 3rd feb 2013. So falling literally short of 10 days to ILR
Question is should I extend or is there a way to apply for ILR??
