Yes, I'd say do Premium! OR, have her apply from Japan, as it is likely to be 3 months from home country, which is FAR better than 9 or 10 months waiting.....

Hello everyone, Happy New Year! Thank you for all the information on the "compassionate" guidelines. I keep thinking that by the time I can get a hold of all those documents I'll have my visa already and it will be moot. Is this the detrimental side of wishful thinking? Apologies for negle...

So pleased to see April folks being processed!!! Gives me hope I'll be soon as well, also an April applicant! As far as the letters go, I've written everyone I can think of: MP, UKBA, Teresa May, nothing works. At least my MP responded to me, (thank you Frank Dobson), which is more than can be said ...

Well said, Luckyjinks! While I can empathize with Fedup, being in the same situation (still waiting after 8 months, also on a fiance visa), this is where we can seek support.
