Why did you not apply for ILR when your husband was getting his done?

However, considering you have been his dependent for more than 2 yrs and he has 10 yrs ILR then you can apply for ILR.

Thanks for your reply Ged. I had few business trips scheduled in August/September and now last one is in November. Hence couldn't apply for ILR when became eligible for it. If I include August, September and November trips then it counts upto 8 weeks. I think I am still under the recommended holiday...
