The ILR rule is very simple.If u enter UK within 90 days of initial EC then 5 year qualifying period starts from the EC date.If entry gap is more the 90 days the qualifying period starts from date of entry to UK. I totally agree with mulderpf.

Dont sail in two boats at the same time.It will cause u problem in ILR

You need to give UK address for cohabitation if married and prove your initial intention while applying for TIER1 G i;e settle in UK

I know it is simple to say BUT just " RELAX "

In case u have time just make a good covering letter ( It is not compulsary but case worker is at ease when working out )

You cannot use joint Business Account Statement for Maintenance part.The money should be in your personal account for 90 day period.
