Hi Manci,

I know that we are allowed to work 20 hrs more as long as it's in the same area. As mentioned before I am a college teacher. Will it be okay to be an AQA examiner, marking GCSE papers?

I don't want to do anything that will ruin my chances of getting an extension.

My partner's appeal has been overturned and we received a letter from the Tribunal saying that the decision has been withdrawn by the respondent.

There have requested for my partner's visa.


How long does it take for it to come back?

It does look hopeful as they are requesting the applicant's passport. Why would the ECM need it if they are just going to refuse again? Don't they need the passport if they upheld the original decision? Also, if it is granted, should my partner get the same expiry date as I have on my BRP? How long...
