Your sponsor should be able to provide you with the letter. My sponsor gave me the maintenance letter which I had to sign and also the certificate of sponsor print out they get from the UKBA showing my details, certificate number, job description, soc code, salary etc... They only accept email from your email address of your sponsor :) so you won't get reply from them if you use your email. Also they just copy and paste things from another guide.
