My cousin is here in Uk with 6 month visitor C type visa and want to visit Amsterdam.

Can he apply for schnegen visa from Netherlands London embassy instead of home country.

You should state clearly that what's your immigration status now (ILR/British citizenship) and what was your previous immigration status so that someone answers your query.
