Why did she get the D type visa ?
Did you apply for her as EEA Citizen dependent ?

Is she coming from which country ?

I think if you applied as EEA-Dependent she was supposed to get the category -C Visa for three months.

Brother Dependant EU Rights

Dear folks,

I am British National living in UK.I am going to set up the Business in Ireland.
If i move there and sponsor my brother.My brother is living in Pakistan and non EU national

Can i do this using the EU Treaty Rights.

If you have British Citizenship you can't sponsor him under EEA regulations. Thanks Casa for your swift reply. If some one is having any European country passport and living in their respective country.Can they sponser any of thier extended family memeber .eg cousin. OR They need to be an EU nation...
