BPR is issued based on her maiden surname (her old passport which expired in 2017). The length of time HO hold her case ...

Re: payslips and salary in bank differs

This wasnt not due to tax code. It’s our own error I.e. reported to HMRC 1000 and paid 700 and remainder in the following month etc. I can update RTIs but I don’t want to do. Is there a way to resolve this?

Hearing date adjournment

Hi, My First Hearing date (FTT) is on 8 Feb 2017. My ILR was refused based on deception in previous application with right of appeal. Deception was due to the incorrect/wrong response to home office. I took legal action against the bank in Pakistan (filed law suit). The process in Pakistan would tak...

Re: Overlaping 35 days Tier 1 Ent and BC

It is more of an admin issue. My brother resigned on the same day when the approval letter came. Tesco put the wrong date when they process his resignation request.

Could you please explain what he can do to cover this 35 days. It is just an admin error.

PAP and outcome worried - Urgent

My brother's wife visa was refused with right of appeal. He didn't appeal. I spotted a major error of law in earnings in the refusal. Our solicitor recommended for the JR and we filed a PAP. After sometime we received a letter from HO (HO said in the letter that they are not happy with our decision ...

Re: Spouse visa refused .Gurus I need your helps

Thanks Obie for your prompt reply. The appeal process is lengthy and very time consuming. She is not here in the UK. Do you think the odd dates of salary would create problem? I.e. Up until October 2015 every thing is fine. In November he forgot to run his payroll so no salary was paid as he was bus...
