Actually I wanted that child should come to UK ASAP and then we can register the child as British and apply for a passport within UK, so I assume We need one more VAF4 form for child as well ?

Thanks CR001 for your reply, You mean this clause... You have completed a period of 5 years in the UK, with a visa or permission to remain here in this category. NO, he doesn't have current UK Visa, He needs to apply for a family visa as well over there.

I understand he can apply for settlement from India as well but that will take more time and I was looking for the option by which he can join me ASAP here in UK .
