I got my ILR this month I want to apply for housing benifit, child tax credit and child benefit.

I can sent my passport to them with the application but there is no sticker or anything on it. As u knw after the biometric thing they don't stamp the passport any more

The reason for not sending my BRP is that I'm applying for housing benefit, tax credit ..... And that will ask for it. If I sent it to the HO then I don't have anything on me to show that I got ILR.

I'm sending my wife flrm tomorrow to HO just a quick question; what should I send with the form means my BRP or the original HO confirmation letter which I got with my documents at the time of my ILR grant. Or get copies of the letter and BRP and send it.

FLR m help

Sending flrm for my wife after receiving my ILR early January. I can't send my bio metric as that's the only proof I got and need it in so many other things. Should I send my home office confirmation letter original or photo copy which I received with my ILR.

Anyone who needs a query about the progress of their application and there application is with HO for more the 6 months, contact them on 08706067766 then option 4 and then option 2. Some one on the other end will pick it up and u can ask what ever u want to.

Yes I have to wait till 4th January 2014 to get the passport. But haa who cares now the main thing was the ILR which I got alhamdollillah. Waited for ten years so can wait for a year.
