Oh will that be mean that chances are my application will be refuse? Can I withdraw my application or shall I leave it to them until decided by ukba? In my case it is extension and I thought it's ok to apply in advance .

Basically if anyone is looking to extend their visa now they have to wait until 3 months of their visa expiry date to apply extension.
