Re: Spouse Visa Documents Required - First Application

Not sure if you can do that before you marriage as when you book and pay, you will not be married. I would imagine it would be fine. Maybe someone else could advise. I expect appointment availability upto and including 5th April to be very difficult due to the rush to beat the fee increase. Do you ...

Re: Re-entering the UK - 10 days left on visa

No, there should be no issues re-entering the UK as long as your visa is valid. Thanks alot. Was a bit scared, but yeah I'll have 10 days left on my visa, a confirmed premium appointment and all the required docs. Do you have any idea how frequent the premium appointments are? daily/weekly/bi-month...

Re: Tier 4 to Tier 2 and now FLR(M)?

It is possible that the form might change before you apply, so best would be to check once you are married and ready to submit your application. 1 - 4 - Correct 5. No as you are not currently on leave to remain as a partner, unless you have been living together. The question does start with 'If rel...

Re: Switching to FLR(M)

As far as I know your Tier 4 will still be valid if you get rejected. I'm currently on Tier 2 and will be making the switch soon too. Getting a job and being sponsored to get a Tier 2 Visa is not easy at all. Easier to be on FLR(M), you still get 2.5yrs and can work with any company without them hav...
