I assume you are asking about wife FLRM application, this was a same day appointment in end April 2014. Up until then, she had been on WP dependent (from June 2011) and then Tier 2 Dependent (March 2013) visa.

g Update: Received letter with application form from HO on 05 Jan 2015 stating that, the 5 years eligibility criteria is calculated back from the day the application is received (i.e. 11 Dec 2014 to 11 Dec 2009) so the fact that I have stayed continuously in this country for 10 years is irrelevant....

One final query. The timelines for recent months for naturalisation applications are not consistent. To be on the safe side how long do you think would an application take if i submitted next week. A vague guesstimate will suffice..

When can my wife apply for ILR/BC

Dear Gurus
I will apply for BC in November this year as was granted ILR on long residence basis in Nov 2013. My wife (who came in UK as WP dependent in june 2013. She currently is on spouse visa which was granted in May 2014.
My question is that when can she apply for ILR and then BC?

Im absolutely lost. Can you please tell me what evidence do I need to take with me on our holiday so that IO at airport doesn't cause hassle to me or my wife.

Just to reiterate, I'm already and ILR holder and she is on FLRM.
