I am aware that I need to send in the birth certificate as required. The text in the application for phot...

Re: A1 or A2 for FLR Extentsion

Casa, thanks for reply, its just that a reply from CR001 on the post (no. 2) below says it needs to be A2 from October 2016 had me confused. http://www.immigrationboards.com/immigration-for-family-members/spouse-visa-extension-flr-m-t218268.html Also, how many payslips I need to send through for the...

A1 or A2 for FLR Extentsion

I am confused with advice on this matter. My wife has A1 certificate which she passed at time of FLR M initial application. Now she is due for extension and can apply from tomorrow onwards, does she need A2 or as the date is not announced and FLR M extension form has not been updated she can use A1....

Re: English test requirement A2 now?

So assuming an exact date doesn't get announced until mid October then her existing language test certificate will remain valid?

Re: English test requirement A2 now?

To the best of my knowledge there has been no confirmed date to raise the English language requirement to A2 level for the second FLR(M) extension. The 04/16 application form hasn't yet been updated. Sorry to hijack this post however my question is the same as OP's. is it actually decided that it W...

FLR m Extension application - SECTION 6??

Hi, I am filling the FLR M visa application for my wife and not sure about section 6 questions 6.1 to 6.6 (how and where and when you met sponsor) these I thought were answered in original FLR M visa application? Another question, 7.2 asks which financial requirement is applicable, I am a British Ci...

Re: Mother in law and wife visa !

Refusal is a risk which I have warned her about, its her decision all. My worry really is about point 2 in the original post. CR001's reply has confused me somewhat. Yes the requirements are different for both visas, but in both visas, I am the financial sponsor. For Spouse visa extension, I believe...

Re: Mother in law and wife visa !

Thanks CR001 My point 1) really is asking whether there is any financial limit that the financial sponsor must earn in order to justify his suitability to sponsor the visitor? If my sister in law's husband is earning, I much rather him act as financial sponsor for the visit instead of me. For that w...

Mother in law and wife visa !

My mother in law has been to UK thrice. She was sponsored by her daughter (my sister in law) for accommodation, I was the financial sponsor. Her last visa was for 2 years which finished in Jan 2016. She left UK in November 2015 on her last (3rd) visit. Her daughter wants her to visit again. Based on...

Re: FLR M extension

Casa, thanks. I remember submitting proof (statements etc. for both of us) of cohabitation as part of the initial 2.5 years application, do I need to submit these statements again? Also, reference the language skills, she passed the A1 which was requirement for the initial application, is that still...

FLR M extension

My wife is due an extension on her FLR M in November 2016. Can you please share the current/proposed requirements for this. She already did the English test for original FLR M application. Urgent Visa for Visit (Patient terminally Ill)

An old lady in my family is terminally ill with lung cancer, the doctors have given her 48/72 hours. Her daughter is in Pakistan. Is there any way that she can get a visa to see her mother. Speaking to relatives they told me that they already have a letter from NHS saying that the patient has not mu...

Re: Was I a British Citizen on ...

Sorry, was thinking of MN1 registration form. For childs passport you need to send your originals. Q2: Do I need to send my passport with my child passport application? If the child has obtained BC from birth because you hold ILR/PR, you will need to send your passport as proof of his claim for BC....
