As far as I know usually it shouldn't take more than 3 working days.. but it took 15 working days for me during december as it was festive period ...

I think according to UKBA your not considered as a new Graduate anymore as you worked for more than 6 months so you should be paid according to respective SOC code. If not there might be a chance for rejection saying that sufficient salary is not paid according to UKBA codes of practice. Please cons...

I think it's better to apply in UK than going back to India. I am pretty sure you would be given 10 days to re-apply so try doing that . Also can you please tell when you attended the biometrics ?

Hi, Sorry to know about your refusal ! As far as I heard usually the passport and the other documents will be sent along with the decision letter. How did you know your visa has been refused ??
