If you ask your wife to go to the test centre where she took her test, she can get the case studies from there.
People in Pakistan don't really adhere by the data protection rules ha ha I'm sure they will be more than happy to share :)

I know a lot of people are waiting to hear a reply, just want to reiterate that if you have an extenuating circumstance please email them with dr/hospital notes ASAP. That is what I have done and they listened subhanallah

@Zully Have you been given a court date then? At least thats something. My refusal reason was because my hubby completed the City and Guilds English test and was given a speaking certificate but not a listening, he was given a notification result sheet (which is fine according to the UKBA guidlines)...
