Passports delivered this morning in the correct (A5) Special Delivery envelope with the Saturday Guaran...

What did you Immigration lawyer do to facilitate the return of document?

Fax, email, letter... it appears that it was the fax from them which was responded to.

Sofia, I sent you a PM.

Hi lee333, Sorry for not getting back to you sooner - but looks like you don't need the info anyway! You must be thrilled to know your passports are on the way! Had you included a Special Delivery envelope? I'll be interested to hear if they use it to return your passport. (When I sent my applicati...

I engaged an immigration lawyer yesterday to try and assist with the return of our passports prior to our travel 21st December. Probably a waste of money but at least it feels like I am trying something different. Emails, letters and phonecalls to a call centre who can't/won't help just got too fru...

Hi All, Thanks for informative posts - it helps a lot! My husband requires his passport and we are filling-in the 'return of documents request' and our question is: On the request form, under 'Applicant's name' should I write my name (I'm non EEA) or my husband's (EEA)? It's confusing because on ht...

Also, I read on the "timelines" forum that one member filled out the new form, returned it to the liverpool email address, and got his passports within two weeks. Maybe this is the new system they're moving towards? Here's a paste of what Ultragar said: Hi, We have requested our passports...

2 more questions:

1. How much detail did you give them?

2. Do you vote??

Many thanks.
