Reading the other post on this topic, it looks you would need to apply the FLR(0) form and pay huge 335£ fee. Getting a visa from Bombay would certainly be lost costly, if you can get one. I think it would be better to check with Home Office. Or hope for someone who has been similat situation to rep...

You can apply without these documents. You should have a P60 if you were working before 5th April 2006 in the company. You get a P45 if you have changed employement.

You need to prove financial activiity during the year. For this bank statement and pay slips should be enough.

Your card was charged yesterday which means you should get application confirmation in one or two days. Hopefully there are no delays in that too.

As you have more experience in this than I have I am wondering if you can examine this hypothetical situation and tell me if its okay. Assuming I have a daily rate of about £400 a day - then my weekly pay (before taxes is £2000). Making time for holidays / sickness etc I would probably work 46 week...

Paying by postal order

For paying by postal order, the maximum amount of postal order is 250 GBP. Which mean for paying the extension fees of 335 GBP, we have to prepare two postal orders. Right ?
