Re: Lost Right to Work while FLR℗ in process

Renni, Thank you. What was reason of your refusal? As you were over-stayer while you were waiting for permission to appeal, how that time has been counted towards 10 years? Did you get appeal right because you had human rights? Please could you provide this info. HO refused FLR(FP) because I did no...

Re: Lost Right to Work while FLR℗ in process

Guys, thank you for your inputs. @Obie - My solicitors claimed that they have done this before and they won "the right to appeal". In addition, there was a case that exactly mirrors my situation / case, and received favourable outcome (the Basenet case), which was referenced in my tribuna...

Re: Confirmation of Appeal/Hearing Date

Hello,

Can you please tell me how long after the fees was deducted from you account did you had to wait to get a confirmation of your hearing date?

I applied 03/12/14
fee taken 12//12/14
contact Tribunal 13/01/15 - they said case is still in a queue awaiting judges approval.

Thanks

Re: Lost Right to Work while FLR℗ in process

UKBA tried to take the fees (using the details of my card provided). After 2 unsuccessful attempts (due to fraud detection by HSBC Bank), they returned the application as invalid. I doubt this is UKVI fault. Immediately the application was resubmitted (with no alterations) - new method of payment wa...

Lost Right to Work while FLR℗ in process

Hello Everyone, Following from my last post (re: FLR℗ to bridge gap before ILR 10 years application), I was assured by my solicitor that I would have the right to work, while my FLR℗ visa application is in process. My last visa (PSW) expired on 8th August 2014, and a FLR℗ application was submitted 4...

Yes, Amber. FLR(FP) I meant :D So based on the fact that my bf was only recent granted DLR after 11+ years of no visa, would you recommend that I choose the option "family life as a dependent (route to 10years) or private life (route to 10 years)? I was told by my work place CIU team that they ...

Help with FLR(FP)

I was advised to apply for FLR(FM) visa, since my current visa (PSW) will expire 08/2014. I would meet the 10 years criteria for ILR in 12/2014. I am in a relationship with my boyfriend for 8+ years, living together. All these times he was without legal stay in the UK and only receive grant of 2.5 y...

Tier 4 - dependant

Hello All, I desperately need some advice (solicitors all have different views...each visit costing my wallet to decrease significantly). PSW to Student - 4 months gap before ILR

Hello everyone. After briefly reading through some comments/replies to other people queries, I find this forum very helpful. My current PSW visa will expire 8th August 2014. I am planning to switch to student visa. However, my ILR (10 years) is due in December 2014. I am in a full time (low skilled ...

Home Office asked for my Biometric again after refusal

hello, I have a strange situation (which I am not sure if anyone have encountered). I am currently in the UK since July 2002, and have had my asylum case refused. I then did two other applications (one is a legacy application in 2011 and the other is a FLR(O) in mid 2013), both of which again refuse...
