can ask her to incearse the hours. my EEA FM is due next year. aslo it does not seems like a good chances for me to extend a new visa.

For ILR based on long residence which includes time as and EEA Family Member, you have to submit evidence that your EU partner was a qualified person exercising treaty rights for the whole period you were on a EEA residence card. So if you don't qualify for PR, then you won't qualify for ILR 10 yea...

Hi My partner is EEA national doing job in Lidl as part time worker less than 20 hours week is that ok. if she work continous for 5 year to acquire the PR.

You need to have been covered by a EFM RC for any period you claim under EEA Regs. And sponsor needs to show she was a qualified person for all of that time. 2) Work needs to be 'genuine and effective'; that's EU law, partime can be ok.
