Just curious, what is the document that will prove that Main applicant has a consent to the applicant applying for the PBS Dependent visa? Endorsement of Marriage certificate by State Government

I will be applying for Spouse visa and want to know if I need to get the Marriage Certificate endorsed again by the State Government (Maharashtra)?
It will cost me couple of thousands of INRs and also delay the process couple of days.

So is not a WP migrant as you have suggested in the title of your post. Can you clarify her immigration status?
