If one parent is on ILR (through Tier 1 route)and calls his family as dependent, how long does the family get visa for? Another query, during this period if the children cross the age of 18 how is the visa extended for them?

So, should my wife make a settlement application as my dependent? And should I then file an appeal for my daughter? This can be done in 28 days. Or should I just re apply?

What could that evidence be? Obviously if she will be studying here in UK, I will be solely responsible for her.
