my employer did that.it says to contact them via mail..but to which email address we dont know.

our company got llicense on 24 jan..solicitor received password to the SMS the very next day..but id is not yet received..solicitor says that it will be sent to the employer..but he hasnt received anything till date.. what could be the reason?it is very stressful...i hav done biometrics 2 wks back a...

hmm...you can see that it was only after 8 long months that the case worker contacted us.. you can apply within 28 days of visa expiry..but if application is refused,you wont get appeal rights..i think it is better to apply before visa expiry..you can apply along with your urgent request if nothing ...

they mainly see whether the HR system is proper...eg RLMT ..,tracking the migrant workers..etc.

my sponsor applied through a solicitor...so he prepared eveything acc to his instructions...

Hi jibri, you must be one lucky guy as me....company applied on april...license approved jan24... prelicensing visit was on jan 14...first time ukba contacted was on dec 2nd week for scheduling their visit...but my employer had an imp foreign trip so postponed to this month and finally that happened...

thank you manci...how is it going to affect me in the future if my second application goes well..

if the first application(switching from psw to tier2 )was invalid and reapplied in 28 days..will it become overstay even if the first application was posted before visa expiry?
