I am in the same situation. However, in my case, I hold a Master's degree from a university in UK. This is to say I satisfy: 1. I have been allowed to stay in UK in the past on Tier-4 student visa (But this was 4 years ago, does this still hold good?) 2. I have been awarded a master's degree by a un...

Hi all, I am changing job. My new employer has Tier-2 license (as did my old employer). But during the interview stage they said they currently hold 1 license and they are sponsoring a Chinese person on that already. My questions are: 1. How many people can the employer sponsor under their existing ...

European National - Dependent visa

Hi all,

I (Indian) and my 3 years girlfriend (Danish national) are going to be married soon. I want to know how can I apply for dependent visa (dependent on her). I am working in UK, I am just thinking it will be easier to me to get a better job if I have a dependent visa.

Thanks,

Hi Manci, Yeah its Level-1 user... I just wrote it wrong. Your response was very useful. I confirmed with my HR that our sponsorship license is not up for renewal until next June. Thats a relief. Now the question is what actually is "Yearly Allocation"? is it something like the Level-1 use...
