Hi guys, if i buy a business here from one person.All documentation will be done legally. Do i need to show that how i have paid him the business amount which i purchased at the time of extension? And Can i pay him this amount in pakistan ? And will produce a affidavit and Bank transfer transaction.

Yes u can.If u fulfill all the requirements.

I had applied my tier 4 application in october 2013 after got refused in tier 1(Ent).And got tier 4 visa within 2 weeks.
