But its my gut feelings.
Coz Case Worker doing things very quickly in my case.
As they asked me to provide passport first,then bank letters n then they verified these letters.
Lets see. Hope for the best.

yes i am one of them who got tier 4 visa after tier 1 refusal.But i went for JR against tier 1 refusal.During JR process i applied for tier 4 visa n got it.

BHC has sent an email to head office.Then head office informed local branch n asked them to verify this letter n some more things.Coz Head Office does not have any record of this letter.

My visa has been expired.I think so they ask for BRP if u have valid visa.
