Regarding judicial review. Advice needed.

recently my judicial review has been refused last week. i planning to leave uk by decembar. can any one here please advice what the next step i can take to extend my stay validate for few more months. Some advice me to apply for FLRO. is that a good idea?

we send another appeal request to 1st tribunal followed by upper tribunal. in both case, it has been refused saying "permission to appeal is refused" "Permission to appeal" is not same as allowing or disallowing an appeal. It is not clear from OP's posts as to whether Upper Trib...

Well ...if you attend interview have they asked to provide addiontal evidence in relates to refusal ,if not then you can stick on eventual flexibility policy . At the interview letter if it says if you wish to submit addiontal evidence in support to your application will be considered . Check your ...
