Hi friends, Thanks to everyone for your valuable suggestions, specially to wpilr_nov12, indran and sam2012. My ILR with dependants has been successful with long absences (10 months) for spouse. The case worker didn't ask any questions about the absences. Category: 1.5 year WP + 3.5 years Tier 1(Gene...

Congrats indran. Good to hear the news. I have appointment for 5th Feb at Crodon. My case is similar to your's except the dependent was away for 10 months (Jun 2011 - May 2012) due maternity, but we are staying together in UK since Mar 2008. Hope ours will be treated on the same lines. Thanks Veera

As per my understanding, it all depends on how you manage your limited company. I know two different scenarios: a). Self-employed, where you need to pay Class 2 NI. b). Director of Limited company and employed by company to manage the day today activities, in this case no need to pay NI unless your ...

As mentioned by techie_09, there is no need to submit these documents. Just business bank statements will be sufficient as they will have VAT and Corporation tax entries anyway.

"under the Rules in place before 9 July 2012, and since then has had continuous leave as the Partner of that Relevant Points based System Migrant, the specified period is 2 years". Is the above statement refers to a continuous stay of 2 years as a PBS dependent? or is it just: " - coh...

Hi wpilr_nov12,

Thanks for update.

Can you please confirm the immigration rule to support my wife's eligibility.

I am bit confused about continuous leave as a partner of PBS migrant mentioned in 319E (d) (i).

Thanks
Veera

Hi Senior members,

Can some one please suggest about ILR eligibility for my wife and son.

Can they apply for ILR along with me or should they get FLR(M) first and then apply for ILR.
