Hello all, I thought I'd share this with you; I made a complaint to the UKBA using the online form on their website and recieved a letter from them yesterday saying that they are currently dealing with November biometrics (mine was done in December). Need to change jobs desparately, got an interview lined up next week. Not sure what to do if I'm offered the role? Since you've already submitted your biometrics you should be on the system. Please give them (Your Prospective Employer) this . However if they hesitate to help you out take this along...

Hello all, I cannot seem to find an answer to my question. Though simple, I cannot be sure. How do I request my wifes passport and BRP back from UKBA?
