If they've made a decision but your company is not on the list then it would seem the application has been rejected or refused.

You'll need to ask the employer why - it could be a variety of reasons, e.g. not sending the right documents, not signing the form.

They haven't been taking 6 months for a long time - more like 3 to 6 weeks at the moment in my experience, can be longer if UKBA decide a visit is required though.

The sponsor is obliged to report within 10 working days of you leaving the job. The Home Office will then 'curtail' your visa - this will give you 60 days to sort out your affairs and leave. Whether or not you get a letter will depend on whether they have your address. The 60 days starts when they c...

Well the rule clearly states you have to be informed by the UKBA of their intention to curtail your leave, if you never receive a letter from them for whatever reason then you were clearly not informed and therefore are still absolutely within your rights to stay in the UK. Can you quote a source f...

My suggestion is do not contact them and make them aware of their error. The UKBA is a mess these days and its likely they don't have the administrative capacity to keep track of all these cases anymore. As long as you have not received anything from them you still have the right to stay here and l...

You can ask the sponsor to certify the maintenance for you, if you don't run out of money in the 1st month they don't actually need to do anything other than tick the box when assigning the certificate.

If working 37.5 hours per week you need to earn (£24,000 / 39) * 37.5 to qualify or £20,300 whichever is higher.

I'll let you do the math.

Also, you probably want to be working on a 52 week year rather than a 48 week year...

Your old Tier 2 visa was superseded by the Business Visitor visa, so no you can't use it. Even if it hadn't been you still couldn't use it as you wouldn't be entering the UK for the purpose that visa was issued - plus it is highly likely to have been curtailed on the basis that you left the employme...
