Re: Tier 4 student Inform Changes to both Police and Home Office?

Not sure about time limits, maybe someone else can comment.

The only point where this might come up is in an application where you fill in your previous and current addresses, and the dates you stayed at those places.

Re: Cancelling Premium Appointment

I believe if you complete the form online you are effectively submitting your application, whereas at an in-person PSC appointment you submit your paperwork at that point. That’s probably why there’s a different refund policy.

You need to inform the Home Office using their address change form, your uni is correct.

Re: Need help! Visa application refused based on credibility the things I never said

You can if you believe they have incorrectly applied their immigration rules in your case. Otherwise it would have to be a fresh application which directly addresses the flaws in your application.

Depends when in the month you are paid, the latest payslip should not be more than 28 days old on the day of your appointment.

Re: TRICKS/TIPS :_ EARIEST DATE FOR BOOKING PREMIUM APPOINTMENT

No, you will never see PSC slots released that far ahead, that’s just their calendar. Even though officially it’s 45 days in advance, in reality they tend to release slots 6 weeks in advance, hence if you look right now you’ll see slots in Solihull, Sheffield and Glasgow for Tuesday 24th July. Re: Can a refused visitor visa affect Tier 4 visa application

Will be difficult to prove visa adherence with your Australia trip without an exit stamp. A boarding pass would be the only evidence I guess if you still have it. Strong ties are normally things such as property, job, family commitments, relationships/partner. Something which will indicate you will ...

Re: Can a refused visitor visa affect Tier 4 visa application

Just explain clearly the refusals and the reason why it happened from your perspective in a covering note. And obviously show strong ties to your home country in your T4 application.

Mentioning that you went to Australia and returning to your home country would also help.

Re: ILR - Premium service - No slots available for next 45 days! HELP PLEASE!!!!!

There are issues with their website with some PSCs releasing appointments at irregular times, Solihull is one of these.

The only option is just to keep checking, and be prepared to be flexible in attending one which maybe further away than you like.

Re: PSC appointment Help!

If you’ve got until 23 Aug that’s plenty of time to get a PSC appointment in the South. The booking system is dire but appointments are released from time to time, last Thursday a large batch was released across the country

Re: ILR premiums service Fees -2018

It’s actually a bit less than that, I make the ILR fee for a PSC appointment as:

£2389 + £510

So £2899

I also budgeted a lot more. Strange that I feel happy about this still, it’s almost three grand
